About:

Reiki Level One is the beginning of your journey into energy healing and intuitive connection. This training is designed to help you understand the foundations of Reiki, awaken your natural healing abilities, and learn how to support your own wellbeing through hands-on energy work.

In this level one immersion, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki, learn how universal life force energy flows through the body, and begin practicing gentle techniques to channel that energy with confidence and intention. We will also dive into the chakra system, and deepen your connection to you inner wisdom as you grow as a practitioner.

As part of this training, you will receive a Reiki Level One Attunement from Shana, a sacred energetic initiation that opens your channels to Reiki energy. This attunement supports your ability to offer Reiki to yourself and others with greater clarity, sensitivity, and trust.

By the end of the training, you will feel grounded in the foundations of Reiki, confident in gibing yourself, friends, family (and pets!) Reiki, and ready to continue your path into Level Two if you feel called. This experience is welcoming, heart centered, and accessible to all, no prior experience is needed.
