As the energy of summer begins to soften, we're invited to pause before life naturally shifts into a busier rhythm. Late Summer Reset is a thoughtfully curated 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for the weeks ahead.

Together, we'll begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and reconnect with the present moment. From there, you'll be guided through a reflective journaling experience with thoughtfully designed prompts to help you acknowledge what this season has taught you, release what no longer serves you, and set meaningful intentions moving forward.

Participants will also have the opportunity for optional community sharing in a welcoming, supportive space before settling into an immersive sound journey designed to encourage deep relaxation and integration.

As a keepsake, each participant will receive a guided reflection worksheet to take home, along with a Citrine crystal, chosen as a symbol of clarity, optimism, confidence, and the warm, renewing energy of late summer. You'll be invited to select the crystal you're naturally drawn to and carry it with you as a reminder of the intention you set during the workshop.
